Description:

There’s a part of me that wants to say, “Attack of the Launchers.” Reason being is because we’re getting a bunch of them lately and our second one today. I will say that Ercluz has paved the way to a new series of launchers I believe we’ll see more of and that’s animated launchers. I bring this up because this is an animated launcher for the original Knights of the Old Republic game.

This animated launcher by Glovemaster brings us a movie we get to see when we hit Dantooine. Well, at least part of it. After meeting with the Jedi Council, your character (male or female) has a dream about Darth Revan and Darth Malak finding the Star Map on Dantooine. This launcher plays back part of that movie. As you progress through the movie of the launcher, you see the movie where it plays back four of the five Star Maps which comes from the “revelation” movie where Bastila is explaining where Revan and Malak went while on the Leviathan. However as that portion of the movie is being played, you still hear Malak’s voice talking about the Star Forge’s power and if it’s still worth the risk while you see the Star Maps on Tatooine, Kashyyyk, Manaan, and Korriban.

As I’ve mentioned before when reviewing launchers, I’ve never really been a fan of them, however these new animated launchers have soften my heart towards them. I do hope we get more of these types of launchers in the future. Enjoy the launcher everybody! big grin

	Readme File: ================================= ANIMATED LAUNCHER - FOR SWKotOR I -------• V1.0 by Glovemaster----- ================================= INFO: This is the animated launcher that I sort-of promissed for KotOR I ================================== Installation Instructions: Place the Launcher and the "fscommand" folder in the main SWKotOR directory. IMPORTANT READ!!!! ================== I would make a backup of the original launcher so that you can easily uninstall this if you dont like it ================== ================================== Uninstallation Instructions: remove the "fscommand" folder from the SWKotOR II directory and replace the launcher.exe with the back file you SHOULD have made. i dont say that oftenbut this is great,
i say that for the updated version you could add the other star map you missed and scences from later in the movie like bastilla bieng turtourted and stuff like that,
