Arc Trooper A-17's Armor - File Description  


Description:
When Prime released his Clonetrooper mod for both Knights of the Old Republic games, they became instantly popular downloads. What if you were to think a little outside the box and use the Clonetrooper skin and make some Jedi armor out of it? If you like this idea already, then you’re in for a treat. L0rdReV@n88 makes his FileFront debut by doing just that.

The author put textures from Prime’s mod into place on the Zeison Sha style of armor, which is only available for the game, Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords. Unique idea if you ask me. Of all the choices the author had in colors from the Clonetrooper mod, he chose the blue. The helmet you see in the screenshot is not available with this mod, but Prime’s Clonetrooper mod, which is available at this site.

You do get some extra stat boots in this release, like +2 Constitution, +4 Dexterity, +3 Regeneration, and an extra fortitude save. This armor is only made for male players. Enjoy the mod! big grin

Description:
A-17 was part of the first batch of clones trained by the Kaminoans to be independent. This specialized class of clones were known as Advanced Recon Commandos or ARC Troopers. They were trained personally by Jango Fett himself. The ARC Troopers were untested in battle, however, he and other ARC Troopers were deployed by the Kaminoans to defend Tipoca City against Separatist forces in The Battle of Kamino. He was then sent to defend the Naboo moon of Ohma D'un in The Second Battle of Naboo alongside Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Mod:
is a reskin of the Zeison Sha Warrior armor to look like the Blue Arc clone A-17.
this armor does not replace the Warrior armor but i used them to start off from.
This mod was made by request of NvrKnowsBest @ lucasforums.com in the Holowan labs

Installation:

1. Extract all the files into the Override folder in the The Sith Lords directory.
2. Using the "giveitem" cheat command (Optional!)
This method will add the armour and items to the player character's inventory.
To enable cheats, in your game directory edit swkotor.ini and under [Game Options]
add EnableCheats=1. Start the game then when playing press ' to bring down the console
prompt, which is not visible. At the console prompt, type "giveitem <item name>" to add
the item to the inventory.

giveitem a_robe_78
this armor can only be equiped by males.(sorry ladies)

Uninstall:
remove PMBM78.tga, ia_ClassZS_78.tga, and a_robe_78.uti from your Override folder

Known issues:
none other then this is not compatable with anything using the same .uti file name (a_robe_78 i know there are a few that use a_robe_77)
