Call of Aid (TSL) (1.2) - File Description  


Description:
As promised, here's the KotOR II version of Sekan's latest update for Call of Aid. The mod has become very popular in very little time, due to its attractive premise: the device allows you to spawn various NPCs that will help your player out if and when they get into a fight (and you know they will wink).

The device sends out a message, summoning all friendly troops in the area. Which type of NPCs you get depends on your alignment--if you are light-sided, you get Republic soldiers and Jedi; if you are dark-sided, Sith soldiers and Dark Jedi will come to your aid; and if you are neutral, you will receive help from the Mandalorians. In order to get the device, you can either add it to your inventory with the cheat console or savegame editor, or just create it at a workbench.

In this update, Sekan has added the ability to order the NPCs to hold position or to follow the player, which was introduced in a previous update for KotOR I. Also included is the ability to choose which NPCs you spawn; for example, if you are light-sided, you can choose from a list of Republic soldiers, Republic officers, and Jedi Guardians, Sentinels, and Consulars. I'm sure these both will be well-received additions to the mod. The mod does use the TSL Patcher to ensure compatibility with other mods, so no worries there. Enjoy! smile

DESCRIPTION: This is a mod that spawns republic soldiers, officers, jedi guardians, sentinels and consulars if you’re lightside. If you are darkside you’ll get Sith soldiers, heavy trooper, sith apprentice and sith master. If you’re netural you get mandalorian, mandalorain elites and mandalorian commanders.
You can get it by write in the console 'giveitem call_of_aid' or you can get it if you go the the workbench and chose create new item. You'll find Call of aid on other category.

Call of Aid:

This armband is fitted with a communications device.
When activated, it sends an encoded message to nearby ally units who will respond and come to your aid.

Due to a high potential for abuse, only the highest ranking Officers are permitted to use them.

Changes in 1.2: Added so you can choose what to spawn
Added hold position and follow me command.

Changes in 1.1: Added so you can say to republic soldiers, mandalorians and sith soldiers change weapon.
Fixed minor bug with republic soldeirs and officers


INSTALLATION

Just double click on the TSLPatcher and chose the kotor 2 dictory.

UNINSTALLATION

Just remove the files that was placed in the override folder.
