HK-47 Reskin - File Description  


Description:
Darth_shan is back on the scene again, and he's brought with him a brand new reskin of everyone's favourite assassin droid, HK-47! This mod was made for Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, but you can also use it in the first Knights of the Old Republic game, as the same texture is present in both games. The one in the Knights of the Old Republic II game files is slightly modified however, to make HK look battered and worn. Not as worn as Kreia though, obviously. stick out tongue

Ahem, what the author has done for this here mod is to make the 'skin tone' (as the author put it, but that's a bit odd, as HK has no skin. Unless you count the skin cells of various victims, which have doubtlessly covered him somewhat stick out tongue). This is simple, but effective IMO. HK now looks rusty, which makes sense to me, as he has been through a lot, and over the 5 years between the games, I doubt anyone took the time to polish him, poor lamb. For some reason, the author has made HK's eyes a lovely, manly pink colour... To each their own I suppose... wink

Note: Please leave the author feedback, especially if you download this mod and use it. It really helps encourage the author to make more mods in the future.

Posts: 1 		Looks good with the rusted armor texture. You should attempt to reskin some Mandalorian armor with the same "battle scarred" look.
