M4-78 - USM Compatible - File Description  


Description:
The Ultimate Saber Mod was released close to three years ago. It has been a hit mod and continues to be this day. When DStoney64 released his M4-78 mod, it conflicted with some files in the Ultimate Saber Mod (also called the USM) and he was nice enough to acknowledge it and want to do something about it.

So here are the files you need to use to make this mod compatible with both M4-78 and the USM. What this does is just make it do they all can work together. Judging by the files I don’t think this means Lonna Vash’s lightsaber will be available to her. Remember originally how you would find Lonna Vash on Korriban already dead, but you could get her lightsaber made by the USM team? Well, I see no evidence that she will use it on M4-78 or on Dantooine during the meeting of the Jedi Masters. However, the other Jedi Masters should use their lightsabers in that scene besides Lonna.

After you have the M4-78 mod installed with the 1.1a Patch; those who have the USM already installed should just install the dialogue files and the .2da file in your override folder and that should make the mods work together without any problems. Enjoy the mods working together! big grin

Readme File:
Unzip this file to your hard drive

1.) M478 Mod v1.1 already installed

2.) M478 patchv1.1a already installed

3.)Install USM as normal

4.)Copy the files within this USMOverride folder and
Paste them in your SWKotor2Override folder allowing
them to overwrite any existing files.

One issue I know of is You will still receive Vash's LS on Korriban
as usual not at the enclave with the rest of the masters.

Posts: 52 		They were small issues,now after Korriban USM T3M4.dlg will tell you Vash is on M478,the vash.dlg just cuts out your other party members refering to Vash as dead
and gives you Vash's saber.The end 650jedi.dlg is the extended vers with vash talking and you will recieve the other Masters sabers.
