New Drain Effect - File Description  


Description:
My fellow staffer Darth InSidious is once again gracing the downloads page with his presence, as he is releasing his latest mod creation!

This is a simple mod, which in my opinion offers quite an improvement to the Force Drain effect. Basically, it replaces said texture with an unused texture from the game files, which makes it look a lot more detailed.

Personally, I think this is an improvement, though you may well disagree! Have a look at the screenshots and form your own opinion!

Note: Please leave the author feedback, especially if you download this mod and use it. It really helps encourage the author to make more mods in the future.

Description
-----------
This mod replaces the Force Drain beam effect with the unused Dxun Lava Fall texture, which has a bit more detail to it.
The mod also replaces the drain effect on enemies with one in a matching colour and slightly larger.
The mod does not replace the Death Field effects.

Installation
------------
Just drop the files Fx_Drain.tga and fx_tex_03.tga in this archive into your Override folder.

Uninstallation
--------------
Take the files out again. :)

Posts: 8 		So... any chance someone could make a multi-drain power to replace death field like Kreia uses on the jedi council in the vanilla version of the game?
