Rose Robe - File Description  


Description:
Throughout history roses have symbolised not only beauty but a viciousness that lies beneath, elegant yet vengeful for those who dare touch the thorns. This robe is based on the the Jay Shey armor and has a beautiful yet elegent rose pattern emplaced upon it. What I love about this robe is the authors choice of pattern design, I think the author tried to emphasize on sophistication by going with the rose and has succesfully applied them onto a robe. Elegent robes are somewhat of a rarity in both the Kotor games, so cudos to IceAngel17 for creating one.

Another bonus is that if you don't want to input the code to acquire the robe (which is giveitem roserobe13) you can play through the game and find them yourself (on the bodies of the mercenaries in the Enclave sublevel on Dantooine).

So if you want to be as deadly as a rose give this robe a try and be the thorn in your enemies side!

DESCRIPTION: This is my first attempt at a publishable mod. Its a new robe based on the the Jay Shey-type armor - adding a complicated design to the torso and cloak.

The robe can be obtained by using the cheat console : ~giveitem roserobe13

but is also integrated into the game - and can be found on the bodies of the mercenaries in the Enclave sublevel on Dantooine

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: copy the five files into your override folder
To remove, just delete these files
- deadmerc_cont.utp
- ia_ClassZS_013.tga
- PFBM13.tga
- PMBM13.tga
- roserobe13.uti

BUGS: no known bugs

Indeed a nice look! I like how you varied it a bit between the male and female versions. It gives it a more unique feel. And there's nothing quite as two-faced as a rose. Beauty with a bite -- good symbolism!

Some very nice bonuses too, for those who don't want to go down the Jedi Guardian path. Good, but not overpowered or unbalanced smile.

Thanks very much again and I'm very happy you enjoyed the design. I decided to change the male colour to blue as atton looked really funny running around in a flowery pink robe big grin

Posts: 43 		no offence but when these robes are on a male character its kinda creepy but the female one looks much better there both really good but the male characters in these look like transvestites which puts down your score 8/10 for the female one 4/10 for the male one 6/10 is your total not your best work

Posts: 45 		A very nice design but I personally think it needs to be cleaned up a bit. In the back, where the shoulders meet the metal attachment, it looks like its about to peel off. Maybe its just me...But its beautiful none the less. 8/10 ^^ Keep up work like this (maybe you should do a pack with different deigns, maybe a red one to match an actual rose)

Posts: 98 		I think it is absolutely gorgeous! I love this design. However, I don't really like the idea of Atton running around in a rose patterned robe.... Oh, well. It's still beautiful. As Inyri put it, you can go either way with this robe. And I hope you release much more beautifully creative things for us! 10/10
