Description:
Wow! It is with great pleasure that I review a modification for the second Knights of the Old Republic game; The Sith Lords. This mod is primarily by Zbyl2 and DarthStoney, who inspired by Team Gizka's Restoration project but frustrated by a seeming lack of progress decided to make their own attempt to restore The Sith Lords infamous cut content.

I have to say that I think that this mod perhaps represents the pinacle of KotOR Modding and an awful lot of hard work over the years. It also shows how far KotOR modding has come since the community started modding the original game. It is a tribute to tool makes such as Fred Tetra, tk102, Jdnoa and Dashus. All of whom this mod would not have been possible without, and I'm sure would be very happy to see how their tools have been used. Finally a lot of credit must go to Zbyl2 and DarthStoney who are two of the most talented modders this community has.

The modification is awesome, I think that this is simply a must install for any KotOR 2 play through, and I think with this mod the game moves a lot closer to the vision Avellone and the other workers from Obsidian had aimed for. There are completed story arcs, each planet has some added content, Malachor actually makes a lot more sense now, and you actually have party interaction there; Dantooine is much more complete and the Battle is much more epic! There is also the much vaunted HK factory restored in here which is a great play through and great to have that in game

All in all this mod is a wonderful piece of work, I don't want to spoil things too much for those who haven't played it, and don't want to know about what content has been restored, suffice to say you will need multiple play throughs to discover everything, and I highly suggest playing the game with this mod to see how things should have been! There are new high quality voice overs in here, which are the best I've heard from any community mod thus far. You will also be delighted to hear that the team are also working hard for a compatibility patch for the hugely popular Ultimate Saber Mod.

1. Description:

Restores a lot of cut content in KOTOR (TSL)

2. Mod (In)compatibility:
----------
Prologue - Peragus - Harbinger Correction Mod (1.1) by Ulic is COMPATIBLE
Sion's Arrival to Peragus Fix (2.0) by Zbyl is COMPATIBLE
Coruscant - Jedi Temple by DeathDisco is COMPATIBLE

M4-78 will NOT work with this mod.

USM-compatibility patch can be downloaded in download section over at deadlystream.com

3. UNINSTALLATION
----------
1. Go to your TSL directory.
2. Find file called unins000.exe
3. Rund unins000.exe.
4. Wait.
5. Go to your TSL directory. Folder called "backup" was created during installation. Open it.
6. In "backup" folder you'll find two sub-folders - "launcher" and "modules".
7. Copy files from "backuplauncher" directory into "launcher" folder in game's main directory.
8. Copy files from "backupmodules" directory into "modules" folder in game's main directory.
9. Congratulation - TSLRCM has been successfully removed from your game's folders!

This is obviously a full install, and I already have a game in progress using 1.4d. More importantly, I have a pile of mods running - several that I customized - that seem to get along with TSLRCM and I really don't want to go through the massive process of reinstalling everything from scratch. So... would it be possible to have a 1.4d to 1.5 patch available?

Or is it too involved an update and I'm SOL?

Nope, it is not just a patch. You may install this one without anything else installed except the game patch (not tsl rcm's) installed. However, Zbyl2 has recommended to start a new game (IE no old save games) for everything to run smoothly.

Well, ever since my laptop got stolen I've had to run TSL on my mac instead. So that means I can't use the exe. I have extracted the files and installed them manually, but since I've never modded a module before the .mod files took me by surprise. Any advice on installing this manually?

It's "full" mod. You don't need 1.4 installed, 1.5 has all needed files.
And yes, it's suggested to start a new game. Loading old saves might cause some problems.

Also they have already released a USM patch, I've been playing the game with it for a few days now. I got the original release and the USM patch from here: http://www.deadlystream.com/forum/downloads.php

EDIT: I read a little to hastily; I've been playing 1.4d with the USM patch for a few days now. (although I would assume it will still work with 1.5) I didn't even notice this was a new version. That amazing! I just Google'd and found the TSLRCM mod the other day and there's already a new release. Alas, this one will have to wait since the authors suggest starting a new game and I'm already 17h deep into v1.4d.

Just started a new game after I discarded my old one because some of the mods I was running were a little... um... silly (as good a word as any). So I don't feel like restarting again. I guess this version will be left for another time, 1.4d seems pretty good right now, and if there is something new in 1.5, I'll get to see it in that run through.

Maybe by then Stoney will have M4-78 working with TSLRCM. Although from what I hear the man is a bit swamped.

Team Gizka - too much drama. They had their chance, and blew it. Stoney and Zbyl2 got the job done. Kudos to them.

USM - Stoney said (on Lucasarts forums) that he'll try to get a patch out soon to get USM working with TSLRCM 1.5.

For future reference, a couple compatability questions.

Does the Tomb of Azgath N'Dul work with TSLRCM? I haven't tried the ToAN mod and was curious.

And second, is the Battle of Telos restored content included in TSLRCM, and if not, would the mod work with TSLRCM?

I'm not positive about the tomb mod,but I think it will. The battle of Telos is not included but from what I understand it does work OK with TSLRCM.

No worries just install 1.5 it will overwrite all files to the current ones needed. The only thing it can effect is if you have other mods that modified appearence.2da or globalcat.2da. You'll just have to reinstall those as 1.5 will wipe out other mod changes to those files.

It does install a bunch of files in the override folder also and a new launcher screen(mainly so you'll know if you installed to the correct location).
We didn't add a dialog.tlk file because most of the dialog fixes we did to the actual .dlg files. Which made it a little tuff for translations to other languages cause each .dlg had to be translated.

Got to the Telos polar ice caps(fresh kotor II install) and it locked me there. Work on this "restoration mod" some more. Obliviously not done. I have yet to see anything relatively new even through the first portion of game I have played so far.

All well and good people want to restore game content but when it breaks the game even more, but this is why people bug/beta test things. Right now it just turned my game into an unplayable modded turd.

There is an error in the patcher a bunch of files are missing and there is one mess up on dantooine where the disciple is missing.

@Erstok -you won't see much restoration until you get off Telos as there wasn't a whole lot of content cut from Telos. You will need the patch as you probably have the missing Handsister model causing the crash.

I downloaded the patch you linked to, but the installer said it could not find the module
610DAN.mod.

Nothing is working.

Also, the original installer didn't make a backup folder. I don't know what is going on, or why this isn't working.

Did the original mod install correctly ? That's on other thing this patcher was wrong about by default it has Cstick out tonguerogramFilesProgramFilesLucasArtsSWKotOR2 it should be cstick out tonguerogramFilesLucasArtsSWKotOR2 if you didn't nstall the game on c: drive just change it to the drive letter yours is installed on.
One hint if its installed correctly ,it will have a new launcher screen.

Absolutely brilliant mod. Fills in so many little details, for example how exactly Mira came to join the Exile's group. I'm just coming up to Korriban now and I'm racking my brains trying to get HK-47 to lead me to the droid factory. Does anybody know to do this?

Anyways I've played trough with your mod. Everything is great, but one thing puzzled me. When I got back to Citadel station after Telos three HK-50's were standing outside the shuttle module. Nothing happened when I walked up to them however . I could click them and then the conversation started normally. When I killed them, they did not drop any parts or remains... Are this droids a part of the restoration? It could be a bug but also my fault somehow.

PS: Does your mod modify TSL exe in any way?

I have played this mod until the moment when the Ebon Hawk leaves Telos academy, and the cutscene with the Handmaidens informing Atris that the last Handmaiden is missing. The cutscene freezes and I am back at the academy, and can no longer enter Ebon Hawk and leave. I can't move forward in the game beyond this point!

Definitely a bug. I reloaded a save before entering the academy and tried again, same problem. Then I headed back from the hangar, and Atris was still standing by that window where she told the last Handmaiden to sneak aboard the Ebon Hawk. Tried to talk to her, nothing. At a guess, I would say that cutscene with the last of the Handmaidens is bugged, and it interferes with that later cutscene where it freezes and sends me back to the academy.

Meanwhile, I have a solution, both for myself and anyone else who has the same bug: Download the leaked Beta TSLRP 1.8 Restoration! It has some bugs, but it WILL allow you to finish the game, and it restores all that this mod does, and even more! I know that from experience, as I have played through it and finished the game!cool

I can't seem to get my party members to be jedi.
Even though I have 100 influence with Bao-Dur he just won't become a jedi.
And after I exited the Telos academy I couldn't start sparring with Handmaiden.
Can anyone help me?

You have to be on the EH now and talk to BaoDurr to get his Jedifiing lines and training. The handmaiden will sparr with you after you leave Telos, go to any planet exit the EH and re-enter and the convo will open up otherwise if you sparred with her right after Telos you get the generic never ending fight bug that everyone complained about .

i'm no modder,but that could work.
and i can't get this working,i start a new game ect.,play through it,right till i can go wherever i want,and go to dantooine and look in the enclave,and i see in the ss that theirs a jedi their,look threw the whole module 3 times,no jedi...

Yeah, Ive tried that.
Also found out that it isnt because of the mod; I have reinstalled the game third times and even it hasnt helped. Also tried Patching -> Doesnt help.

Googleing the subject -> Havent found any help advices.

But still, If somebody could help me with the problem, so then I 'complete' the mod.

I know this happened to one of our testrs early on and it happened to me once with a totaly unmodded game. Ii's apparently a corrupt save file, why it happens who knows. I was able to travel to another planet exit and re-enter the hawk and then go back to Dantooine and continue. Otherwise you could use the cheat to warp to 605DAN. It only seems to effect the 601DAN module for some reason.

I have tried to go back to another planet and get back to Dantooine. No help. other planets seem to work fine..

And a Save file corrupt...

Tbh, Now my game is totally messed. I have reinstalled it and placed the Save Games to the Save folder and then installed TSLRM again.. It doesnt show HK Factory guest in game anymore, just empty bar..


But, How can i warp to 605DAN? If U have to use the console, it wont work.. Console doesnt come up on my Game...

So... What shall I do? I wanna complete this game with your mod on it..

As the title says, Problem solved.

I completed the game and the mod was great, though i must have missed a couple parts of it since i used a Warp mod to move in different areas of Malachor V, since everytime i tried to move like from. Surface to Depths, It caused a Crash..

Do you Stoney happen to know why? stick out tongue

Not sure, I had issues with malachor crashing also,but thought I had them working. It's an issue with the added cutscenes in 907MAL. the original ones work fine so I changed some things in the added ones to copy obsidian's style but it must not work for all.

ps the cheat console for TSL is invisible so it won't show up.

After I board the ebon hawk and the handmaiden sister is like blah blah she's missing, the screen goes black and i'm stuck on the ebon hawk. I can see from the picture in my save that i'm on the ebon hawk and my party members are where they're supposed to be for the cutscene, but it doesnt trigger.

I managed to get past it on my own. For some reason on my first run through i decided to get my party members before fightiing the handmaidens, and they became frozen in place next to the mat, and no longer a part of my party, i did it in reverse order the next time and the cutscene just triggered.

Another problem, not nearly so game breaking as the last one, but far more annoying. I cannot seem to get the handmaiden to spar with me at all, the option does not appear. Before you ask, yes, I already tried what you mentioned earlier. It didn't work. Do I perhaps have to level her up first or something?

For some reason the mod doesn't seem to install right. I used no mods that should be relevant to the restoration. (The Realistic Visual Effects mod, a mod changing Nar Shadaa's background and another one changing the view from Goto's yacht.)
Well, after installing the mod I played through the game, but saw no cut content restored (apart from a few conversations to do with Handmaiden' "betrayal", but I might have just forgotten about those).
I have read about people with similar problems on deadlystream and used the solution they were told to make; reinstalled the game, patches, changing the lips and folders folders. Now I'm playng through the game again, I'm on Telos, and I was supposed to hit the first restored cutscene (about the modded blaster). Still, nothing has changed.
Initially I tought it might have to do something with Vista as I had to replace the mss32.dll file, but tried it on another PC with XP and encountered the same problem.
Any ideas? I was really excited when the mod came out, and would like to play KotOR2 as it was intended. frown

If you downloaded from here the patcher is a little confusing it has for the path of default install with programfiles twice, it should only be one ,also did you get a differant launcher screen. If you have the same as origial look and see if you have a second programfiles folder within your programfile folder.

The music of the luancher did change, but the looks is the same. I'm not sure what do you mean by different folder. The simple Program Files and Program Files (x86) folders?
I cheked the installer for both the 1.5 and its fix, and the path is to the (x86) one, where the game is installed

We didn't change the music, just the picture, there should only be 1 programfiles folder on your drive this installer creates another programfiles folder within the programfiles folder if you just let it install with the default installation path.

well i had this mod from deadlystream forum once but idk why..every time i was gonna make Handmaiden a jedi all went nice until kreia said:"Betrayal" then the screen got black...(i guess that was the "Betrayal" lol) i would like to try this..but i dont have Kotor 2 so i cant play it

Just some FYI to share:

It looks like the Lightsaber Replacement Hilts mod work just fine with 1.5+fix.

The female Twi'lek exile mod works well.

HIGH LEVEL FORCE POWERS MOD works well.

Handmaiden choice mod does not work.

Of all the times to run into a bug. I go to board the ravager, the cutscene for the arrival of the republic fleet arriving plays, then blackness. If i save and reload at this point i'm still in the entertainment module, and can trigger the problem again by walking away and re-approaching Mandalore. I think this may be relevant to the battle of telos mod i have that makes it.. not.... look as weird.

Finally this TSL Mod completed the whole KOTOR II story. eek! It is really awesome excellent work done by DStoney and Zbyl2.

The incompatibility between the TSL Restored Content Mod (1.5) and the M4-78 Mod came when the planet M4-78 does not appear in the Ebon Hawk travel map. I found that the M4-78 incompatibility problem can be resolved by the following installation procedure:
Install the following mods:
1) M4-78
2) M4-78 (1.1a Patch)
3) M4-78 - USM Compatible
4) M4-78 Movies (2.0)
5) Extract the files from the zip file Jeditemple_compatibility_fix found inside the M4_78 Addon_v1.1 folder
6) From the folder Jedi temple compatibility fix, cut or copy paste the following 3 files:
a) a_galaxymap.ncs
b) galaxymap_p.gui
c) k_sup_galaxymap.ncs
7) Drop those 3 files into the Override folder. The Jedi temple compatibility fix works for me to resolve the incompatibility between the TSL Restored Content Mod (1.5) and the M4-78 Mod.

Okay everything was working fine until I got to Telos academy...

All the handmaidens are invisible and I can't talk to them though when I move the mouse to the place they are supposed to be in, it just says ''Handmaiden'' or whatever and I can't speak or talk to them. confused

At least the Handmaiden (Main one u kno ^^) was visible and I talked to her ofc lol. Anyway when I got on the Ebon Hawk there was the cutscene with the Ravager and after that another scene when Atris was just standing in the council room and it crashes in a few seconds.

Can anyone help me ?

I get to the point where Mira captures me [for my own safety] and goes to the Jekk Jekk tarr....except even though visquis had sent the invitation, i can't open the door...and there's a sullustan asking for the name of a gand, to which i get the answer: the gand are the gand over and over...it's been fine until then.

Great mod so far 10/10. However...

Mira keeps bouncing back and forth at the door to the private lounge after trying to open it. I thought I had too many spacesuit mods or Nar mods. The only difference after a dozen tries is when I take the suit off, then it tells me the door is magneticly sealed.

Dark Jedi Malaka - find the right Gand.

Anterias - reloading the mod fixed it for me.

Also, HK3000 turned into Keira and Suvam Tan turned into a handmaiden???

I found the gand. Decided to be nice and keep his secret, but as I'm playing as Mira, I still can't get into the damn private chambers...

As for Suvam Tan, he was also a handmaiden when I played it hahaha

But I still can't get into the Jekk Jekk Tarr.... I even uninstalled and re-installed the game and mod, but i still can't get in. D:

k so im watching my squad attack kreia and after the haindmaiden attacks her evryone just stands their , also there are random dialogues that get skipped through, like they happen but they go so fast that they dont say anything and the scene just looks fruity it hasnt been at crucial points until just now on malachor, help or give hints please

how do i get thos to work properly? i installed it using the installer, the patch, and the USM compatibility, and not all of the content was restored. (at least what content is showed in the screenshots). So i decided to install it manually. But when i get to the rebuilt jedi temple on the dark side to "destroy the remaining jedi" i walk through the door and kreia says: "It is different... It has been some time" and the camera goes all the way around the room, then when she is supposed to sit down, my PC starts walking away and she follows me. Then the screen goes black. i can bring up the options menu, equip screen etc. but nothing else, so i save resart it and im there kreia is nowhere to be found, i havent spoken to her, my journal still says about going to the temple. but kriea isnt in my party selection screen, so i go back to the ebon hawk and nothing happens. and kreia is missing from the ebon hawk too. how do i fix this?

Ok i have a problem too

im on telos right after all the jedai get killed from Kriea and the handmaiden is battling her sisters beat them and beat Atris with the hand maiden then ur player comes in talks to Atris after that u go up to the holocrons and see Kriea (Darth Traya) and when i want to talk to her it doesnt work

If you're having trouble installing make sure that the the application isn't automatically trying to install to C:/ program files/program files/LucasArts/SWKotOR2. insert the correct directory [C:/ program files/LucaArts/SWKotOR2] and run the .exe. Good luck.

Ok, try selecting the game folder manually[through the .exe]. You might also want to try running it in adminstrator mode or having a quick rummage through your virtual store [located in users/'name'/appdata/local], to see if it's installed there (running in adminstrator mode should stop the appliacation installing there)
If that doesn't work, find the folder where it tried to install previously, the C:/ program files/ program files/ etc. And manually copy/ cut the files into the appropiate folders in your game [you should see a few game folders, a readme and an unistall application + dat. file] or copy/cut the whole lot into your game directory [folders should merge].
If all that doesn't work then I'd recommend re-downloading the mod and trying again.

Im having some hard time launching the game every time i play with this mod, anybody else had the same problem? My game crashes before its launched, it usually takes a few tries before it actually starts. Im not blaming you on this tho, but vista, just wanted to know if anyone else has had the same bug/compability issue?

That sounds like a Driver issue; you haven't updated your driver recently have you?
If you haven't you could try reinstalling the old launcher...

you could try running in administrator mode; make sure vista isn't being stupid. Otherwise I have no idea how a mod could independently crash the game before it's started.

Well there are numerous things you could try: replacing the Mss32.dll file with one from kotor 1, opening it in windowed mode [add line: Fullscreen=0 to swkotor2. ini], disabling movies and/or sound. And as a last resort you could reinstall to a different directory [other than program files]. e.g. C:/ Games/ LucasArts/ SWKotOR2. Remember to backup files.

I read on Deadly Forums that this mod fixes the Serrocco bug where you can't convince them to attack the Exchange. I played the game, and I still couldn't persuade them to attack. Should I try Force Persuade? What is the minimum persuade needed? Anyone have a solution?

Force persuade works if you have dominate mind otherwise your persuade has to be 15 or higher.

ive tried installing the with .exe file and i cant get it to work, so i tried using the patcher but evey time i try to use it i get this error message:

First make sure everything is there, you should see: 6 folders [backup, launcher, lips , modules, override, streamvoice] and 2 files [readme, unins000.dat] and an unistall application [unins000].
Secondly, for good measure, uncheck the read-only box for the module and lip folders in your game directory (SWkotOR2). This allows the mod to rewrite necessary files and basically make the mod work. don't worry if you look in the backup folder of the mod, you'll see all files that it will overwrite
If you need help doing this just ask.
Copy or cut the whole lot into your main game directory called SWkotOR2, normally located in 'drive' (C:/) / program files/ LucasArts/ SWkotOR2.
Windows will then ask you if you'd like to merge the 6 folders, click yes and let it over write if need be. ALternatively you can copy the contents of each folder into the one with the same name in you game directory.
If all has gone well, when you run the game a different launcher will appear

Ok I tried to copy/cut the mod into SWkotOR but it dosent ask if i want to merge folders, it just dumps the mod in the folder and nothing happens. I also tried too move them one by one, Modules to Modules, Lips to Lips etc etc but it still didnt ask if i wanted to merge folders.

Sorry for not explaining. the files are the only thing that matter; merging is windows way of putting 2 folders with the same name in the same directory. You are running a windows OS, aren't you?
So when it didn't merge. where there two folders with the same name in the same place?
This is very odd computer behaviour, are absolutely certain you've copied it into your game folder (SWKotOR2)

I think I'm having the same installation problems as Rifal, as I'm also on Windows 7. I'm not even 100% certain that it's installing properly. I send it to the right directory and none of the files or folders get changed or modified. Hopefully I can fix it, can't wait to try this.

the mod creates a folder of its own that has the same name as the game. You will have 2 program files/lucas arts/kotor2, find the original one and install it there. I know i suck at explaining. BTW im thinking of buying kotor 1 does it work on windows 7?

Yeah, I'm also running windows 7. that's really weird. The files Don't merge, only the folders will merge and the files will be over written if there's a file with the same name.
try and let the installer do the leg work: you must select the correct directory. you're an adminstatrotor aren't you??; try running the installer as an administrator to give it permission to install the files.
Oh and kotor 1 is really hard to get working on win 7, it absolutely despises the drivers. It is possible though; I managed by combined ATI's 10.2, with the opengl of 9.12. But my game still has severe issues and it doesn't like movies or cutscenes. But it's completeable, so it's worth the effort.
@littlebigpiano. try running it as an adminstrator.
@Eowli I suggest starting an offical help request in the forums. There's a lot of smart guys there.

I just got the game only a couple of days and this was the mod I chose to install first and the Handmaiden sisters including Handmaiden were invisible when I arrived on Telos, but I fixed that, but then on Dantooine the Disciple never showed up in the Enclave, even after I downloaded that fix, anyway to solve this problem? Not even sure I installed the mod correctly considering the setup was much different than what I'm used to.

P.S. I already played KotOR II using the XBox version, but now I got the PC version.

You might have to start a new game for the save to work; kotor 2's weird like that.
Otherwise that fix should have been included in the patch. If you still experience problems start an official help request or ask at the deadly streams site.

Aha, I figured it out, talking to Disciple without talking to Kaevee will make him show up, but talking to Kaevee first, makes him disappear. Also I am now experiencing a bug with Jorran where he thinks he's still in the Enclave when he's at the Scavenger Camp, then I can't talk to him after that, and the scavengers you encounter as you enter the sub-levels won't move fully to their camp.

P.S. I don't have to start a new game as this is my first time playing KotOR II on PC version, and I downloaded this mod before starting a new game, and other mods I have are compatible and are mostly just skins.

nice patch, for the little bit of restored stuff i saw till i got to nar shaada and could,t go through to the private chambers as mira, also after running away from onderon and going back to dxun, the part to fo meet ,mandalore doesnt trigger. figured out that with mira, when she's about to go into the jekk jekk tar the video with hanhaar and that squid head doesnt trigger thus cant get into them private chambers.

I've learned that the Onderon Visa Expansion Mod is incompatible with this mod. For now I've removed the Visa mod, but is there anything I can do to make them compatible? With the mod, one of the added characters (the corporal) actually teleports below the area, and my journal gets screwed up (Telos Fuel quest reappears, but the description is blank, and the HK factory find quest is replace with a blank spot.)

Well, I got 2 annoying bugs when I installed this mod.

In Telos Academy none of the handmaidens (Except main one) are visible.

Then when I'm about to leave Telos Academy, a cutscene shows Ebon Hawk leaving, then suddenly a cutscene of Atris appears and then game kinda crashes and I'm back at Telos academy outside the Ebon Hawk and cannot enter it again.

Any idea how this can be fixed? o.O

I just beat Atris in the Telos Academy near the end of the game and now it's just put me back in the military base. The door to the sub-level is still locked, and I can't really do anything. There are some HK-50s in the control room thing near where the shuttle used to be, but I can only talk to them. When I do talk to them, it starts up the cutscene where the shuttle gets down and then I'm back on top of the Telos Academy.

Any help?

1) In the enclave sublevel, I can't get Kavee's door open, even after clearing the level. Also, Jorran doesn't talk about Surluu's parts at all.

2) Once I get HK-47 active, how do I get the coordinates to the droid factory.

Kaevee will come out by herself once you finished the 6 bugs in the middle area of the Enclave - straight from the entrance.

HK-47 will go there by himself when you're near the end of the game.

Hi, in Star Wars Wikia there's a list of cut content and there's one saying:

"Handmaiden/Visas want to go - Handmaiden or Visas ask if she can go with the Exile wherever he is going. However, the PC tells them that they cannot."

Anyone know if this is included in this mod? And if so, when and how do I activate it?

Wait, you actually need to talk to him about it first. I forgot which dialogue .. but one leads to him talking about eliminating all the HK-50s. Then you just need to wait after that.

Riccardo, I'm having a similar problem--after killing all the Jedi and Kreia does her thing on Dantooine, I went to Telos and killed Atris then found the HK factory...my problem is I can't find a way to shut off the reactor to open the sealed blast doors. I've restarted the mod several times but can't figure it out--I'm thinking either one or more of my skills isn't high enough and/or I'm not doing things in the right order. The HK 50 cutscenes give out several clues but I'm obviously missing something somewhere although it could also be a mod conflict...


Darkon when doing an advanced Google search for TSLRP 1.8 this very board is the only hit so I'm not sure where the "leak" is...I have a few theories which I will keep to myself...

ok now i have a question is anyone else having a black screen prob with korribins hidden tomb and try to get past the checkpoint in the space port of onderon cause clearly i am but i dont know why so i would like to know if i can fix it by doing a simple thing or something really annoying and secondly not really a prob just really anoying but my party keeps switching from light to dark when ever the heck they feel like it so again i would like to know if it was something i did like install a mod that isnt agreeing with tslrcp or i didnt install it right and yall can laugh at me i deserve it big grin

No Bannester--I have had none of those issues. On Korriban I was able to go through the hidden tomb with minimal difficulty, my only problem was the Twi'lek whom tries to relieve of your swag said her lines 3 times instead of just 1 and the only time we fought was when I initiated the dialogue with her, other than that minor technicality I was able to complete the mod no problem.

I did have a problem on Onderon though--I wanted to side with Vaklu so I could kill Kavar--had to kill Kavar on Dantooine, oh well--yet for some reason all of a sudden Tobin turns on me in the cantina and the next thing I knew I was siding with that whiny Queen. I'm wondering if this is a mod conflict and/or just a game hiccup while finding it rather strange...

Bannester I'm no modder or coder so I really can't say--for both KOTOR's I use quite a number of mods and in my experience have found the order in which you install the mods is just as important as the mods themselves. I've also found that while one mod doesn't technically conflict with another, it can cause problems with and within a game. Again, I'm not qualified to guess as to what your issue might be--the best advice I can offer is look at what mods you currently have installed then check the boards here and on Holowan for any known/suspected conflicts

Hey, I hope you guys can help me..

First of all, when I first download this mod, I got stuck soon after the Warehouse, on Nar Shaddaa. Instead of departuring to Goto's Yacht, there's a cutscene of two Duros in the cantina, then it comes back to the gameplay, with Atton and T3, and then nothing happens..
Then I reinstalled the game, the mod amd the fix..
Now I'm having problems in Dantooine. After the battle, I can't talk to Master Vrook, he doesn't answer and nothing happens again.

Please, help me! I'm tired of wasting hours for nothing! frown

First of all just wanted to say great job on this mod!

But I am having an issue in the Jedi Enclave with the cut scene right after Kreia's confrontation with the jedi counsel. The cut scene fades to black and stays that way. Dialog continues, mouse is active, and the dialog box for the New Force Power displays.

I've read on other sites about changing the appearance.2da file, but I don't think I have the correct file. When I do try to change with the versions I have, cut scenes and character interaction's are not triggered.

I do have other mods installed. including the rebuilding_the_jedi_enclave.

I downloaded this and moved it to my computer that has the game on. How do I upload the patch onto the game? Really stumped...

i did a fresh install installed only this mod and the patch and then i keep not being able to move after fighting the first batch of miner droids on peragus

nevermind i found out its because i was using the patch and didnt need the batch Roll Eyes (sarcastic)

Does this have the restored content from Zbyl2's Un-Restored Content mod as well? Just want to know if I should download both mod's or not.

i have played for a long time now. the mod is great, but i made it all the way through nar shadda. but as im trying to leave in the ebon hawk, when i go into the ship, i can go in the ship, but none of my crew is in their. and i also cant click on the nav computer to go anywhere. i tried selecting different people in the party, and its still doing it. i tried to go into and out of the ship a bunch of times and its not working. the only other save files that i have are hours ago. what should i do really dont want to restart the game. it seams like ever time i play this hame something messes up on this stinking planet. im really *****ed! can anyone help[ plaese?
